Endfield has 75 items that live in the consumable slots. The game labels 49 of them Tactical and the other 26 Consumable. Between them they do two jobs: keep your operators standing (instant heals, heals that tick, revives, Ultimate Energy refills) and hand out a short combat buff before a fight.
The reason this list is easy to ignore is that the item pages themselves tell you almost nothing. Every heal item prints the same line: "Use this tactical to restore the operator's HP." The sentence that says what the item actually does sits on its crafting formula entry, not on the item. So the tables below put the item next to the formula that unlocks it, and quote the effect text from that formula.
Numbers and names come from the game's own item records. Where a value is missing from those records, the article says so rather than filling the gap in.
Tactical or Consumable: what the label means
The split is real and it tells you where an item gets used. Tacticals carry restore text ("restore the operator's HP", "resuscitate", "restore the operator's Ultimate Energy"). Consumables carry the buff line, "improve the operator's combat performance." Across both groups the rarities run 10 items at 2★, 26 at 3★, 30 at 4★ and 9 at 5★.
Official notes track the system across versions:
- January 17, 2026 (release preview) — "You can now bring tacticals into the stage when challenging it in Normal Mode."
- March 12, 2026 (Old Deep Water Dies) — "Adjusted the text descriptions for certain tactical effects."
- September 2, 2026 (Dreamscape of Wind and Snow) — "Fixed an issue where, after the [Homecoming] version update, entering certain stages while carrying tactical items that restore Ultimate Energy could, under certain circumstances, abnormally consume those tactical items."
Beta Test II notes also mention teammates making use of equipped tacticals on their own, so you do not always have to fire them manually.
Instant HP restoration
21 items heal a chunk of HP the moment you use them. The bottom of the ladder is the powders, which come straight off the plants covered in the farming guide. Above them sit the capsules, drinks, teas and pills, with the 5★ items at the top. Two of these also strip Arts Inflictions and Arts Reactions on use.

HP restoration over time
18 items heal in ticks instead. These trade the burst of a capsule for a longer window, which is usually the better pick when a fight drags. The Citrome and Yazhen lines both run a clean tier ladder here: a 2★ powder at the bottom, a 3★ item above it, then higher-rarity variants that carry a suffix like [C] / [B] / [A] or [S] / [L] / [Rf.].

25 items deal in temporary buffs instead of healing. They break into a few families: ATK, DEF, Critical Rate, damage dealt, damage reduction, Ultimate Gain Efficiency, and one that shortens combo skill cooldown. How each item gets unlocked
Almost every one of these items has a matching Formula Unlock entry. The item records hold 127 of them, and 125 are named in the "Formula: X" pattern, where X is the item the formula teaches. The other two are event design drafts (the Xiranite Gourd pair) and the ten plot formulas belong to the farming system rather than to food or medicine.
Formula Unlocks are separate items from the thing they produce. The formula for Buck Capsule [C] is its own entry, and the capsule is another.
What the formula entries do not carry is the ingredient list. Their description text is only "A crafting formula for X that provides ..." with the effect, so this site cannot show you the inputs for a given recipe. For the production chains that do have their inputs recorded, the AIC blueprints and recipes guide has all 53 of them.
Industrial Explosive: the one item you throw
Every other Consumable in this list is food, medicine or a buff. The Industrial Explosive is the odd one out. Its item text reads, "A packaged explosive. Can be used to directly attack targets. The resulting explosion deals damage to all nearby enemies." Its formula entry adds the throw: "Crafted explosives can be thrown directly to attack enemies."
Its formula also does not follow the naming pattern. The entry is titled plain "Industrial Explosive" rather than "Formula: Industrial Explosive," which is why it sits outside the 125 standard formula names. The unlock item and the explosive itself are two separate records.
What this data does not cover
The item records give name, rarity, type and description, and the formula entries give the effect in words. They do not give the actual numbers: no heal amounts, no buff percentages, no durations, and no ingredient lists. There are also no drop locations or shop listings for these items, so the only acquisition path the data can point to is the unlock formula.
Where an effect is described in plain words above, that wording is the game's own. Treat it as the game's text, not as a stat table.
