Arknights: Endfield Fan Content and Streaming Guidelines
These guidelines aim to explain the basic policies regarding fan creation and streaming activities related to Arknights: Endfield (hereinafter referred to as "the Work"), so that everyone can participate in these activities with peace of mind and enjoyment.
Gryph Frontier Pte. Ltd. and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") respect and support fans' passion for the Work and their positive creative activities. Under certain conditions, the Company permits fan creations and streaming activities.
In principle, any use that complies with the content of these guidelines does not require prior contact with the Company.
1. Scope of Applicable Activities
Individuals or unincorporated groups may freely create, display, distribute, and publicly share fan works based on this Work, provided they do so only for "non-profit purposes" as separately defined by the Company.
If a legal entity or an incorporated organization wishes to engage in fan creation activities, or intends to conduct activities beyond the scope defined in these guidelines, please be sure to contact the Company in advance.
These guidelines apply to the following types of activities:
Fan creations based on the Work, such as illustrations, comics, written works, video works, and 3D works
Creation and distribution of doujinshi (fan-made books) and fan merchandise
Public sharing of cosplay and related photos and videos
Uploading gameplay videos, livestreaming the Work, and posting related video content
※ Regarding the use of the Work for livestreaming and video posting, whether for profit or not, such activities may be carried out without prior contact with the Company, provided that both of the following conditions are met:
▶Do not include any content listed under [4. Prohibited Content] in these guidelines.
▶The primary purpose should be to introduce the Work and share gameplay experiences.
2. Scope of "Non-Profit Purposes"
Where both of the following conditions are met, use by individuals or unincorporated groups shall be deemed "non-profit":
Use within the scope of hobbies or fan activities
Charging only an amount equivalent to the actual costs required for production
3. Basic Policy for Creation and Public Sharing
When creating and making content public, please be sure to comply with the following basic principles:
Respect the worldview and image of the Work and its characters.
Be considerate of the feelings of other fans and related parties.
Do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.
4. Prohibited Content
Any creation, publication, or use that falls under any of the following is prohibited:
Content that seriously damages the value or image of the Work or its characters
Content that violates laws or regulations, or public order and morals
Content intended to support or criticize any specific political stance, religion, ideology, or belief
Content that impersonates the Company or the official brand, or may be mistaken as official
Content that directly copies or uses excerpts of the Company's official materials and lacks clear originality
Any content that infringes or may infringe upon the rights of others
Content that may be mistaken for official merchandise or official projects
Other content deemed inappropriate by the Company
5. Important Notes
The contents of these guidelines are subject to change without prior notice.
The Company shall not be held liable for any losses arising from revisions to these guidelines or from activities conducted under these guidelines.
The Company reserves the right of final interpretation and the right to determine the application of these guidelines.
6. Regarding Inquiries
In principle, we do not provide individual responses to inquiries regarding the contents of these guidelines.
